- Standard Orders (No Personalization):ย Please allow 1-3 business daysย for order fulfillment before shipping. Processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons.
- Engraved Orders:ย These special pieces require extra time and can take up toย 5 business daysย to fulfill before shipping. (Sparx4U cannot account for potential shipping delays during busy seasons.)

At Sparx4u, we believe that every piece of our delicate, premium jewelry deserves packaging as special as the treasure inside. We use Sparx4U-branded boxes and pouches (at no additional cost)ย to make your unboxing experience just as magical as the jewelry itself.
Whether buying jewelry for yourself or a loved one, our packaging ensures it arrives beautifully presented and ready to be treasured.ย

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping is free for orders above $50 within Canada. For orders below $50, there is a flat fee of $10.90.
We use Canada Post, Purolator or UPS mail for the standard delivery, which usually takes 3-9 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
